I’m a counselling psychologist, certified life coach, emotional intelligence coach, and a grief & trauma-informed therapist.
I’m also training to be a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP).

Integrative Therapy Sessions

Individual 1:1 online sessions to support you through anxiety,  life transitions, chronic illness, or emotional overwhelm.

These sessions are an integration of the traditional talk therapy approach with body based therapeutic approach.
