Integrative Therapy Sessions

One-on-One Therapy (Online)

Therapy should never feel scary or judgmental. I view my clients as amazingly resilient humans who simply want to do better. We are all products of our environment and experiences, and sometimes we just get stuck using old, overwhelming coping mechanisms. My online sessions provide a warm, non-judgmental mirror to my clients to map their emotional landscape, make gentle shifts, and cultivate more rewarding relationships with self and others.

Because true healing requires both insight and embodiment, I blend clinical psychology with somatic practices, tailoring the approach entirely to you. In our open-ended, 60-minute sessions we always dedicate the last minutes to grounded reflection and integration. From our very first month, we will work collaboratively to define your goals, build easy and helpful mental hygiene routines, and develop deep body-emotion awareness. You will also receive tools to integrate into your daily life.

Why is it called integrative therapy? Because I integrate many modalities that I have learned, experienced and worked with, from NLP to sound healing, psychotherapy to Somatic Experiencing.

Everything begins with a 20-minute chemistry call to ensure we are the right fit. You have so many incredible ways to handle life’s challenges; let’s discover them together.

Client Testimonial

K.M., 38

I had tried traditional talk therapy before, and while I could analyze my emotions logically, I was still constantly exhausted and operating on the edge of burnout. Working with Amrit changed everything. I finally learned how to process my stress physically. For the first time in years, I feel grounded, regulated, and truly at home in my own skin

S.R., 42

When I first started therapy, I was completely drained by recurring relationship dynamics that left me feeling insecure and disconnected. Working with her helped me completely shift my approach by focusing inward. I am still an active client, and I genuinely look forward to every session. It has become a beautifully supportive space for my personal growth

P.T. , 41

Before finding Amrit, I felt completely misunderstood by other therapists, to the point where I honestly feared something was fundamentally wrong with me. It finally bridged the gap between knowing I needed to heal and actually feeling healed

V.M. 44

My healing journey began at a workshop. I was so deeply moved by the breathwork and the 'letting go' ceremony that I knew I needed to continue the work one-on-one. In our sessions, I finally realized how years of emotional suppression were actively taking a toll on my physical body. Amrit guided me out of the overwhelm and to a place where I could confidently make decisions for myself

FAQs

What exactly is therapy, and what does it look like in our sessions?

Therapy isn’t just about venting or endlessly over-analyzing your problems. Think of it as a dedicated space for mental rejuvenation a deep, intentional reset for your nervous system and emotional well-being. We move beyond just “talking it out” or defensive intellectualization. By integrating body-based awareness and exploring the different parts of who you are, therapy becomes a collaborative process to help you regulate your emotions, navigate relationship challenges, and truly heal rather than just cope.

Not at all. Many people who seek therapy are highly capable individuals who look perfectly put-together on the outside but are quietly managing emotional exhaustion, attachment wounds, or chronic stress on the inside. You don’t need to be in an active crisis to deserve a dedicated space to unpack your thoughts, release what is no longer serving you, and reconnect with yourself.

Friends are wonderful, but friendships are a two-way street. Therapy is a unique relationship that is entirely about you. It’s a confidential, objective environment free from judgment or the need to manage someone else’s feelings. It also brings evidence-based tools—like somatic exercises, emotional intelligence frameworks, and breathwork—that go beyond everyday advice to create lasting internal shifts.

We only go where your system feels ready to go. While our past experiences absolutely shape our current attachment styles and triggers, the focus is always on how those past experiences are living in your body and affecting your relationships right now. The goal is to help you feel safe in the present moment, gently releasing old patterns and setting new intentions without necessarily having to endlessly re-live the past.

If you find that you “understand” your issues logically but still feel stuck in the same emotional or relational loops, an integrated approach can help bridge that gap. By combining cognitive understanding with body-oriented processing, we work to align what your mind knows with what your body feels.

Our journey begins with a brief, 20-minute discovery or “chemistry” call. This is a no-pressure space for us to connect and for you to share the headlines of what you want to address. It is important that you feel safe and comfortable, so we use this time to mutually decide if we are the right fit. I will also share a bit about my qualifications and experience. If we both feel good about moving forward, we will go ahead and schedule our first official session.

In our first session, we focus on getting oriented. We will start by collaboratively defining your goals for therapy and taking a brief look at your history and background. From there, I will share a “map” of our process outlining exactly where we are starting and how we will move forward together. We will also decide on a session frequency that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

I view my role as a grounding presence and an empathetic guide. Therapy is not about me telling you what to do; rather, I provide the safe container, the clinical framework, and the tools so that you feel entirely free and supported to explore your own emotional and relational landscape.

Yes, and this is actually where the most profound shifts occur! While our time together provides a deeply supportive space to uncover patterns, the real work happens between our sessions. Therapy is designed to equip you with practical, actionable tools whether that means practicing a specific breathwork technique, noticing an attachment trigger in real-time, trying a somatic grounding exercise, or doing a short journaling prompt. I like to think of our sessions as the laboratory where we discover and practice the tools, but your daily life is where you actually apply them to create lasting change.

Healing and self-discovery do not follow a one-size-fits-all timeline. Sometimes, you might engage in short-term work to navigate a specific life transition or overcome a hurdle. Other times, deeper relational or nervous system work takes longer. We move at a pace that feels regulating and sustainable for you, regularly checking in on your goals to ensure the process continues to serve your growth.
